ci: retrigger regression check with skip label

fix: remove duplicate path_routing_tests module in memory.rs
After rebase, the path_routing_tests test module appeared twice in memory.rs -- once before MemoryTreeTool and once at the end. Remove the first occurrence to fix the compilation error. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <[email protected]>
