Felix Fietkau 904abc93b7 wifi: mt76: mt7996: fix setting beacon protection keys 
Include beacon key information in the STA_REC_UPDATE call.
Remove mt7996_mcu_get_pn - when installing a new key, we should
not reuse any existing PN value.
