Initialize brightness_set and blink_set callbacks to enable LED support.
The base 0x7c000000 is MCU space so driver can't touch it, and should
map the LED base to 0x18000000 host's view.

Firmware functions (SCS, MU ...) also require read-clear phy counters,
hence firmware prepares a global task to read shared fields out to a
shared pool to avoid concurrency. Switch to event format accordingly.

Get per-rate txpower with mcu command. This is the preparation of
co-driver for the next chipset, which has different tmac power registers

Reset wifi subsystem when MCU is already running.

platforms that don't support gen2.

Introduce mt7915 dbdc support. If dbdc is available, mt7915 primary phy

Avoid firmware falling into spectrum mode since that will set
unexpected PSE/PLE thresholds which lead to Tx hang.
This mode should be cleaned before firmware download stage.

On 7615 and newer, DMA completion only triggers unmap, but not free of queued
skbs, since pointers to packets are queued internally.
Because of that, there is no need to process the main data queue immediately
on DMA completion.
To improve performance, mask out the DMA data queue completion interrupt and
process the queue only when we receive a txfree event.
This brings the number of interrupts under load down to a small fraction.

Enable MU-MIMO DL/UL and add relative counters in debugfs.
Currently MU modules read WTBL first to notify BA changes to
other cross modules, so adjust mt7915_mcu_sta_ba() accordingly.

Add support for the MediaTek latest generation IEEE 802.11ax 4x4
device MT7915E, which supports concurrent dual-band operation at
both 5GHz and 2.4GHz.
Note that this patch just add basic part and will add more HE
capabilities support in the further patches.
The driver supports AP, Station, Mesh and monitor mode.
