Add a BSS eht_support check before returning EHT phy mode. Without this
patch, there might be an inconsistency where the softmac layer thinks
the BSS is in HE mode, while the FW thinks it is in EHT mode.

For UBPR and FILS frames, the BSS_CHANGED_BEACON flag will also be set,
which causes those frames to use the beacon rate in TX descriptors.
Adjust the statement to fix this issue.

Without this patch, when ap sets the tx stream number to 2,
ap won't send any beamforming packet.

The original single LDPC cap bit cannot be used to
differentiate LDPC cap in each PHY mode.
This modification split the single bit into 3 bits,
ht_ldpc, vht_ldpc, and he_ldpc.

The muru enable/disable are only set after the first station connection.
Without this patch, the firmware couldn't enable muru
if the first connected station is non-HE type.

Initialize brightness_set and blink_set callbacks to enable LED support.
The base 0x7c000000 is MCU space so driver can't touch it, and should
map the LED base to 0x18000000 host's view.
