Johannes BergandFelix Fietkau de635e1e3a wifi: mt76: mt7996: fix locking in mt7996_mac_sta_rc_work()
The 'continue' statements need to be under spinlock, since
the spinlock needs to be held as a loop invariant.

Johannes BergandFelix Fietkau 7757e7c140 wifi: mac80211: call rate_control_rate_update() for link STA
In order to update the right link information, call the update
rate_control_rate_update() with the right link_sta, and then
pass that through to the driver's sta_rc_update() method. The
software rate control still doesn't support it, but that'll be
skipped by not having a rate control ref.

Since it now operates on a link sta, rename the driver method.

Johannes BergandFelix Fietkau d71f8d1b17 wifi: mt76: use atomic iface iteration for pre-TBTT work
In addition to the previous series I posted, over time I'd
also like to get rid of the iflist_mtx in mac80211. That
isn't easy now since lots of places use iteration and would
have to be audited, but even a cursory look suggests that
mt76 might be more problematic than most since holding the
wiphy lock for the latency-sensitive pre-TBTT work could be
an issue.

Convert the pre-TBTT work to use atomic iteration and then
sending the device commands outside of it.

Johannes BergandFelix Fietkau 9cbbe4a30e mac80211: simplify TX aggregation start
There really is no need to make drivers call the
ieee80211_start_tx_ba_cb_irqsafe() function and then
schedule the worker if all we want is to set a bit.

Add a new return value (that was previously considered
invalid) to indicate that the driver is immediately
ready for the session, and make drivers use it. The
only drivers that remain different are the Intel ones
as they need to negotiate more with the firmware.
