When operating on a mix of DFS and non-DFS channels, the driver only checks
the CAC status of the control channel. This causes beacons/tx to fail if the
control channel is on a non-DFS channel.
Fix this by calling cfg80211_reg_can_beacon to determine the DFS status of
all affected channels

Instead of just taking the maximum per-chain signal strength values,
add an approximation for the sum of the combined signal.
This should more accurately reflect the real signal strength, especially
if the per-chain signal strength values are close to each other

Client mode on DFS channels was broken, because the old code was activating
the DFS detector on radar channels while leaving it in CAC state.
This was caused by making the decision based on the channel radar flag,
instead of hw->conf.radar_enabled.
In order to properly deal with the various corner cases, rip out the state
handling code and replace it with something that's much easier to reason
about.

only trigger hang detection if one of the queues has not made any progress

Typically all AP interfaces on a PHY will share the same WMM settings, while
sta/mesh interfaces will usually inherit the settings from a remote device.
In order minimize the likelihood of conflicting WMM settings, make all AP
interfaces share one slot, and all non-AP interfaces another one.

Mitigate A-MSDU injection attacks (CVE-2020-24588) by detecting if the
destination address of a subframe equals an RFC1042 (i.e., LLC/SNAP)
header, and if so dropping the complete A-MSDU frame. This mitigates
known attacks, although new (unknown) aggregation-based attacks may
remain possible.
This defense works because in A-MSDU aggregation injection attacks, a
normal encrypted Wi-Fi frame is turned into an A-MSDU frame. This means
the first 6 bytes of the first A-MSDU subframe correspond to an RFC1042
header. In other words, the destination MAC address of the first A-MSDU
subframe contains the start of an RFC1042 header during an aggregation
attack. We can detect this and thereby prevent this specific attack.
For details, see Section 7.2 of "Fragment and Forge: Breaking Wi-Fi
Through Frame Aggregation and Fragmentation".

When receiving an A-MSDU containing only a single subframe, status->last_amsdu
is set, but no previous head is present in the rx A-MSDU queue.
In this case, the A-MSDU subframe will be held until the next one is received,
potentially causing significant extra latency.
Rework the code to make it easier to read and less convoluted, and release the
newly created head if status->last_amsdu is set.

When running out of room in the tx queue after calling drv->tx_prepare_skb,
the buffer list will already have been modified on MT7615 and newer drivers.
This can leak a DMA mapping and will show up as swiotlb allocation failures
on x86.
Fix this by moving the queue length check further up. This is less accurate,
since it can overestimate the needed room in the queue on MT7615 and newer,
but the difference is small enough to not matter in practice.
