mac80211 passes integer cw_min and cw_max values while hardware
registers should be programmed with the exponent

There is no need to copy strings, printk will not read past field
width and strings in firmware are padded with '_' so we will not
save any space by not using field widths.

mt76_efuse_read() is supposed to read out 16 bytes of data
that is 4x4B data registers. Correct the loop bounds.
