The selection of MLO mode should depend on the capabilities of the STA
rather than those of the peer AP to avoid compatibility issues with
certain APs, such as Xiaomi BE5000 WiFi7 router.

Reset ampdu_state if ieee80211_start_tx_ba_session() fails in

The shared reset procedure of MT7610 and MT7612 stop all queues before
starting the reset sequence.
They however never restart these like other supported mt76 chips
do in the reconfig_complete call. This leads to TX not continuing
after the reset.
Restart queues in the reconfig_complete callback to restore
functionality after the reset.

Previously, the AMPDU state bit for a given TID was set before attempting
to start a BA session, which could result in the AMPDU state being marked
active even if ieee80211_start_tx_ba_session() failed. This patch changes
the logic to only set the AMPDU state bit after successfully starting a BA
session, ensuring proper synchronization between AMPDU state and BA session
status.
This fixes potential issues with aggregation state tracking and improves
compatibility with mac80211 BA session management.

Since some radar specifications maintained by the driver are incorrect
and are now also maintained by the firmware, offload the initialization

After channel switch, some tags of BSSINFO (rfch) and STAREC (bfer,
rate_ctrl) commands should also be updated. Otherwise, a BSS might not be
able to transmit with its peer using correct bandwidth.

RDD_DET_MODE is a firmware command intended for testing and does not
pause TX after radar detection, so remove it from the normal flow;
instead, use the MAC_ENABLE_CTRL firmware command to resume TX after
the radar-triggered channel switch completes.

Currently, per-radio attributes are set on per-phy basis, i.e., all the
radios present in a wiphy will take attributes values sent from user. But
each radio in a wiphy can get different values from userspace based on
its requirement.
To extend support to set per-radio attributes, add support to get radio
index from userspace. Add an NL attribute - NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RADIO_INDEX,
to get user specified radio index for which attributes should be changed.
Pass this to individual drivers, so that the drivers can use this radio
index to change per-radio attributes when necessary. Currently, per-radio
attributes identified are:

By default, the radio index is set to -1. This means the attribute should
be treated as a global configuration. If the user has not specified any
index, then the radio index passed to individual drivers would be -1. This
would indicate that the attribute applies to all radios in that wiphy.

This patch fixes the following key issues:
- Pass correct link BSS to mt7996_mcu_add_key(), and use HW beacon
protection mode for mt7990 chipset
- Do not do group key deletion for GTK and IGTK due to FW design, the
delete key command will delete all group keys of a link BSS
- For deleting BIGTK, FW adds a new flow, but the "sec->add" field
should be filled with "SET_KEY". Note that if BIGTK is not deleted, it
will cause beacon decryption issue when switching from an AP interface
to a station interface

Obtain the correct link ID and, if needed, switch to the corresponding
wcid before populating the TX descriptor and TX payload.
Rules for link id:
- For QoS data of MLD peers (excluding EAPOL), select the primary or
secondary wcid based on whether the TID is odd or even to meet FW/HW
requirements
- For other packets, use IEEE80211_TX_CTRL_MLO_LINK if specified
(such as multicast and broadcast packets)

Passing a BSS conf pointer to mt76_connac2_mac_tx_rate_val() currently has
two inconsistencies.
When called from mt76_connac2_mac_write_txwi(), BSS conf is got by
dereferencing a vif pointer. A NULL vif isn't accounted for though the
function itself supposes it to be NULL and tries to handle this case in
previous checks. This looks like a cosmetic change since the drivers
calling the function (namely, mt7915 and mt7921) set WANT_MONITOR_VIF flag
so judging by info->control.vif initialization inside ieee80211_tx_*()
routines it can't actually come as NULL here.
The same holds for the BSS conf pointer handling inside
mt76_connac2_mac_tx_rate_val(). It is dereferenced before being checked
for NULL. The function supposes to handle the case so reorder the check
and dereference of the pointer. Again, this looks like a syntax issue
only.
Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE static
analysis tool.

mt792x drivers don't seem to support multi-radio devices yet. At least
they don't mess with `struct wiphy_radio` at the moment.
Packet capturing on monitor interface doesn't work after the blamed patch:
tcpdump -i wls6mon -n -vvv
Revert the NO_VIRTUAL_MONITOR feature for now to resolve the issue.

Update functions which copy to and from MMIO to load bytes as Little
Endian, and also support unaligned buffers.
PCI devices almost universally use Little Endian ordering for MMIO
registers, mt76 is no exception. PCI hardware that is designed to work
with Big Endian CPUs often (but not always) "helps" by transparently
byte-swapping MMIO reads and writes on the wire. If this is enabled
then it cannot be turned off for a single write. On hardware which does
not support this, writel() does the swap in software. When we are
transferring arbitrary bytes to MMIO space, we need them to arrive in
the same order they were in memory, so when the hardware swaps them
this is a problem. Rather than care about how our PCI host controller
works, we instead load bytes as Little Endian - so on a Big Endian
machine this will reverse them, then we use writel() which will put
them back in the right order again. This way we do not make it our
business whether the swapping is done in software or hardware.
Furthermore, inspection of the code shows that these functions are
often called with stack-allocated u8 arrays which have no alignment
guarantees so we now use (get|put)_unaligned_le32().
