Some of beamforming mib counters are moved to different offsets
or registers in newer chipsets.

Enable HE UL MU-MIMO in sta_rec_muru, which works on both ap and station
mode.
For sending trigger frames, one of the conditions fw uses is to check if
mib rx airtime meets the threshold.
There's a main control of mib rx airtime report register in fw, so we
need to enable the register by mcu cmd instead of directly writing it,
otherwise it will still be disabled by fw.

Add register definitions and read & accumulate them in
the mib polling logic. Note that some registers should not
be read since firmware is already reading them. If driver
reads those, they will be cleared-on-read, and so the firmware
stats will be incorrect.
For these 'do-not-read' stats, add them to the registers definition
so that other developers can be aware of these constraints, but do
not actually read them in the driver.

On 7615 and newer, DMA completion only triggers unmap, but not free of queued
skbs, since pointers to packets are queued internally.
Because of that, there is no need to process the main data queue immediately
on DMA completion.
To improve performance, mask out the DMA data queue completion interrupt and
process the queue only when we receive a txfree event.
This brings the number of interrupts under load down to a small fraction.
