.hw_key_idx is defined as u8 and set to -1 when there is no key.
However, we cannot compare to -1 because of the unsigned type.

There is no need to copy strings, printk will not read past field
width and strings in firmware are padded with '_' so we will not
save any space by not using field widths.

mt76_efuse_read() is supposed to read out 16 bytes of data
that is 4x4B data registers. Correct the loop bounds.
