- Fix Thread::with_id calls to include source_channel parameter
- Fix ensure_conversation calls to include source_channel parameter
- Bump libsql source_channel migration to V15 (V14 taken by users)
- Remove stale conflict markers
- Fix clippy warning in users.rs
