There is a error message within devm_ioremap_resource
already, so remove the dev_err call to avoid redundant
error message.

The function “platform_get_irq” can log an error already.
Thus omit a redundant message for the exception handling in the
calling function.
This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.

In order to reuse mt7615 code adding support for mt7663e driver,
introduce mt7615e_reg_map since mt7663e and mt7615 rely on a
different base registers definitions.
