When a wcid can't be found, link_sta can be stale from a previous batch.
The code currently assumes that if link_sta is set, wcid is also non-zero.
Fix wcid NULL pointer dereference by resetting link_sta when a wcid entry
can't be found.

run in atomic context, move RCU critical section in
mt7996_mcu_add_rate_ctrl() and mt7996_mcu_set_fixed_field(). This patch
fixes a 'sleep while atomic' issue in mt7996_mac_sta_rc_work().

IEEE 802.11 fragmentation can only be applied to unicast frames.
Therefore, drop fragments with multicast or broadcast RA. This patch
addresses vulnerabilities such as CVE-2020-26145.

The MTK connac3 has introduced new hardware, SDO (Software Defined
Offload), to offload the process of filling the TX descriptor. Initially,
there were some issues, but after several fixes, it should now be stable,
allowing us to revert this commit.
Additionally, activating SDO is essential for the proper functioning of
features like TX checksum offload.

The definition of MT_RX_SEL (for rdd_rx_sel) is mixed with the
definition of HWRDD idx.
For example, MT_RX_SEL2 is for background HWRDD idx, not an
option of rdd_rx_sel.
Additionally, HWRDD idx does not exactly map to band idx for
Connac 3 chips. So, add mt7996_get_rdd_idx as a helper function.
Finally, remove some parts of the code inherited from the legacy chips.
For instance,
1. rdd_state is used for single-band-dual-HWRDD chips (for 80+80),
especially the 76xx series.
2. rdd_rx_sel is also used for single-band-dual-HWRDD chips
rx_sel = 0 => RDD0 for WF0, RDD1 for WF2
rx_sel = 1 => RDD0 for WF1, RDD1 for WF3

The wcid idx and band idx in the TXS are sometimes mismatched since the
FW will select a transmission link according to a private algorithm.
That is, the wcid idx in the TXS would be the one registered by the
driver rather than the actual wcid idx used during transmission.
However, the band idx in the TXS is the band select for transmission.
Therefore, we should get the driver-registered wcid in order
to notify the driver the packet has been acked; otherwise,
the driver will be unable to match the transmitted packet and its TXS.
This is a preliminary patch to enable MLO for MT7996 driver.

mt76 does a lot of:
local_bh_disable();
napi_enable(...napi);
napi_schedule(...napi);
local_bh_enable();
local_bh_disable() is not a real lock, its most likely taken
because napi_schedule() requires that we invoke softirqs at
some point. napi_enable() needs to take a mutex, so move it
from under the BH protection.

Size of MPDU/PPDU TXS is 12 DWs.
In mt7996/mt7992, last 4 DWs are reserved, so TXS size was mistakenly
considered to be 8 DWs. However, in mt7990, 9th DW of TXS starts to be used.

For mt7992 chipsets, the definition of TXD.DW6.BIT10~15 has different
interpretations on different frame types. Driver only needs to fill
MSDU_CNT for non-management frames.

Use generic mt76 chanctx functions and look up phy from vif link.
The driver now uses only a single phy to handle multiple interfaces on
different channels. This is preparation for full MLO support.

This patch fixes the following TWT issues:
- Change table_mask to u16 to support up to 16 TWT stations
- Reject TWT flows for duplicated establishment
- Fix possible unaligned pointer
- Remove unsupported TWT_CONTROL_WAKE_DUR_UNIT flag
- The minimum TWT duration supported by mt7996 chipsets is 64. Reply
with TWT_SETUP_CMD_DICTATE if the min_twt_dur is smaller than 64

The PPDU TXS does not include the error bit so it cannot use to report
status to mac80211. This patch fixes issue that STA wrongly detects if AP
is still alive.

For UBPR and FILS frames, the BSS_CHANGED_BEACON flag will also be set,
which causes those frames to use the beacon rate in TX descriptors.
Adjust the statement to fix this issue.
